Legacy Senior Living Assumes Management of Newly Renovated Independent Living Community, Main Street Senior Living

Oregon, WI. (March 2025) — Legacy Senior Living, based in Cleveland, Tenn, has assumed management of Main Street Senior Living in Oregon, WI, formerly known as Oregon Healthcare and Rehab. Legacy Senior Living owns and operates a growing family of independent living, assisted living and memory care communities across the Eastern United States. 

 

Main Street Senior Living is slated to open in Spring 2025. The boutique independent living community has begun an extensive remodel, involving a complete redesign and renovation of their 47 apartments. The remodel will include fresh paint, new flooring, furniture, decor and updated appliances. All renovations are designed to create a quaint, home-like atmosphere with luxury finishings.

Oregon, WI. (April. 2025) — Main Street Senior Living, formerly known as Oregon Healthcare and Rehabilitation, announces Mary Davidson as Executive Director. The boutique independent living community is now under the management of Cleveland, TN-based company, Legacy Senior Living. Davidson has worked in the senior living industry since 1991, when she began her career as a CNA, working in nursing homes and assisted living communities. In 2023, Davidson became the Assisted Living Director for Oregon Healthcare and Rehabilitation. Now as the Executive Director of Main Street Senior Living, Davidson has since been overseeing extensive renovations on the property, involving a complete redesign and remodel of their 47 independent living residences. Main Street Senior Living is slated to open March 2025. Davidson states, “It has been a true honor being able to serve the seniors of Oregon for over 8 years now. Serving a generation that once served us is incredibly rewarding.
